Thank you for your interest in Sacramento Academic and Vocational Academy Charter School. Please use the links below to apply to SAVA. You can either submit the application through the google form or complete the fillable PDF and return it to the school site. 

 

 

If accepted, new enrollees will need to provide proof of residence, proof of birthdate, and immunization records. The applicant will be disqualified if the application is falsified or if incorrect information is provided. Falsifying any information (including address) will void acceptance.
